How to post a shift?

There are two ways to post a shift request.

-Axxess Scheduling team to post shifts for you

-Post your own requests though our app

How do I set staff preference when requesting shifts?

Setting your scheduling preferences is easy, just let the Axxess scheduling team know who your preferred staff are, so we can adjust it for you. This allows your preferred staff members to be offered and see new postings first for your open shifts.

How do I confirm a shift?

Once an Axxess employee requests to pick up a shift, you will be notified of the shift request. Click confirm or cancel depending on your availability.

How can I leave a performance review?

If you would like to request that an Axxess employee does not return to your facility, please message or reach out directly to your scheduling specialist.

How do I put someone on my to my Do-Not-Return list?

If you would like to request that an Axxess employee does not return to your facility, please message or reach out directly to your scheduling specialist.

Cancellations/NCNS/Late Arrivals

Requesting an Urgent/Crisis Shift

If your facility needs to request a shift which needs to be filled within four hours of the scheduled start time, the facility may do so by messaging or calling their scheduling specialist directly who will help fill this shift.

My worker is late or did not arrive.

If you believe that you have someone scheduled for a shift and they have not arrived. Please call Axxess so our scheduling team can resolve the matter (530)363-7729.

How do I cancel a confirmed shift?

If you have requested a shift but no longer need the coverage you can cancel the shift by messaging your scheduling specialist directly to have it removed.

What is the cancellation policy?

Shifts that are canceled under four hours will be billed for four hours. Any shifts that are canceled over a four hour notice will not be charged.

Ways to pay my invoice?

Upon working with Axxess, our business office will contact each facility’s A/P team to set up their preferred method of payment.

How do I dispute an invoice?

Facilities will have until end of business day on Tuesday’s to approve all timesheets/ invoices from the previous week. If a facility would like to request an adjustment, they may do so by emailing the requests to their scheduling specialist.
